A 2 hr workshop based on getting you back in touch with the wisdom of your BODY- the brilliant vehicle by which you move through life; the part of you in control of making your heart beat, eyes blink and your breath go in and out without you having to think about it; the part of you which allows you to experience pleasure and possibility; the part of you that has kept you safe from FEELING what you most want to avoid by shutting you down and numbing you out with food, alcohol, drugs, sex, electronics, athletics, abstinence, and more.
